Dear Prospective Customer:
Thank you for your interest in Los Vaqueros Stockyards or Los Vaqueros West. In order to reserve the Stockyards: Outdoor Garden, Southwing Banquet Room, Fiesta Room, Corral Area or, West: Trailhouse Banquet Hall, Cuena Vaca Patio or Western Sky Room, it will be necessary to submit a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable, however it is deducted from your final guest check the night of your event. Please refer to the Banquet Menu for suggested menu selections, or review our complete menu online for additional choices. Choice of limited menu items are available for smaller groups. If you wish to arrange a different type of menu selection, it will be necessary for you to make an appointment with a banquet coordinator to arrange a special dinner for your event. The total amount due for your banquet is required to be paid on the day of your event.
In addition to the food menu, you will also need to advise the restaurant on how you would like to structure the sale of alcohol (if it is to be served). Our standard bar set-up fee is $75, includes margaritas, domestic beer, imported beer, and wine. Additional bar selections are provided upon request at no additional cost. If guests choose to purchase drink tokens for their group, they are charged for whatever beverage the token is redeemed for.
In order to reserve the Outdoor Garden or Banquet Room on a completely private basis, it will be necessary to guarantee and pay for a minimum of 75 guests, unless otherwise approved by management. For groups of less than
75, the location of your function may be changed by management according to your final guest count. Smaller groups may be guaranteed a private area during the less busy days such as Monday-Thursday or Sunday, as approved
by management. In order to reserve the Fiesta Room, a minimum of 35 guests is required. The Corral Area is a semi-private area and is a perfect setting for birthday celebrations. A minimum of 30 guests is required.
Please complete the Banquet Reservation Form and return it at least 10 days prior to your scheduled event. Please be aware that the number of guests you make reservations for will be charged to you. You may increase your guest count until 48 hours before your event. Any special instructions must be written on the Banquet Reservation Form. All instructions regarding seating arrangements must be submitted in writing in order for the restaurant to comply with your requests. The reservation form must be signed prior to your event. Typical linen set-up choices include a “fi esta” venue consisting of purple, yellow and red, or a more formal setting which is traditionally white.
